Without control and monitoring, progress is impossible, both literally and figuratively. Under the brand name DMC Dynamics, we develop control and monitoring systems for all components that DMC designs and for other maritime suppliers, both software and hardware. Applications of these systems can be found in all conceivable shipping segments, from workboats and container ships to superyachts and naval vessels. DMC operating systems are suitable for any ship or vessel.

For a large shipyard in Rotterdam, we delivered a dock winch system to safely pull cruise ships into the dock with full control of speed, position and (counter)forces; see here.

For a naval customer, we developed a submersible handling system to safely retrieve heavy items from the ocean floor.

Another project was the outfitting of the new shipyard in Mombasa with winches and controls. We developed electronic winches for the shipyard and mobile winches for the top cradle system. Of course, reliability and safety were of great importance, especially due to the frequent power outages in the area, for which DMC delivered smart solutions; see here.
